Job description
•Oversees business development, inclusive of building external relationships key to growing the business
•Division Managers of each operating department will report to DGM who provides strategic direction, budgetary oversight, resource prioritization, and coordinates functions among the company
•Evaluate and select market opportunities aligned with business goals
•Communicate effectively and proactively at all levels
•Manage and meet expected target growth rates
•Prepares plans and programs for attainment of objectives set forth by the company
•Develops relationship with local clients and attends meetings in regard to follow-ups. Also develops relationships with new principal/industry groups and introduce new products
•Trains, develops company employees
Qualifications
• Excellent level of spoken and written English required.
• Ability to control costs and work to agreed deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to plan and prioritise activities and work with and in great detail
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
• Ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and consult effectively at all levels within and outside the company
• Ability to work on many and varied tasks simultaneously
