Responsibilities:

Develop/enhance the IT strategy including planning and development of the IT resources. In charge of the technical requirements for Group and its companies, overall in charge of the IT department including networking, hardware, software, solutions selection, and venders. Provide a technical support and system assurance based on ITIL framework.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences

• Minimum 8 years experience, 5 of which in a leading position in the field

 Knowledge & Skills:

 • Computer hardware, software, and programs: AS400 platform & DB2, Content Management Systems, TSM, SAN/NAS

• Computer networks, networks administration, and network installation: LAN & WAN, IP/VPN, BLS, DIA, VSAT, TDMA, SCPC

• Computer troubleshooting

• Computer viruses and security

• E-Mails and internet programs

• Teambuilding skills

• Analytical and problems solving skills

• Effective presentation and communication skills
