MANAGER HR - Doha International Airport (DIA)
Reporting to the EVP HR, this role is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change initiatives for DIA and the new DIA in order to successfully support this expanding business. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with Government and International policies and objectives, and the incumbent should have the ability to project manage within a multicultural environment. Key to this role is the ability to build strong relationships with client areas and be accountable for the transition and employee plans to ensure the new DIA manpower requirements are delivered in a timely manner.
The applicant must have proven influencing skills and a minimum of 5 or more years experience in Human Resources in an aviation environment. Exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques are essential requirements. The ability to speak Arabic would be an added advantage.
