Senior Security Officer (Training)
The selected candidate will be responsible to develop and deliver regulatory aviation security training to all Qatar Airways Flight Deck and Cabin Crew in Qatar, basic aviation security training to Qatar Airways integral and contracted Security Staff, security awareness module for frontline Qatar Airways staff up to management level that is relevant to respective work areas and to develop initiatives that assist the adoption and integration of a security culture amongst all Qatar Airways employees.
The candidate must have formal security qualifications, preferably with a diploma, Board Examined or similar graduate qualification in general business management, security management or similar/relevant areas and previous Police, Military Police or general military operations experience
The incumbent should have previous experience in the design and delivery of training programs in a medium to large corporate organization with excellent people management, planning and strong communication skills. Good working knowledge of general and airline security operations requirements.
