* Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls.
* Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products.
* Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.
* Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
* Maintaining Client focus all the time and answering to Clients Complaints.

* Graduation is must.
* Need excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* Need good interpersona skills.
