Description:
The successful candidate will represent the assigned department and will be responsible for assisting the Department Heads/Managers in the day-to-day functions while promoting high standards or corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.
Reporting to the assigned Department Heads/Managers, the candidate must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions, conversant with the principles and techniques, maintains confidentiality and able to make independent judgments/ decisions in absence of supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements:
·Graduate with Certificate in Secretarial Procedure preferred
·Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
·Excellent spoken and written English
·Preferably with Certificate in computer applications - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
