Job description
- Responsible for the development of scope, schedule, budget and estimate to complete data for assigned tasks.
- Lead in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
- Analyzes unit rates to the extent the estimate to complete unit rates are well understood and defendable to peer review.
- Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the project control database and provide output to the project team.
- Analyzes schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
Participates in claims analysis and negotiation.
Qualifications
- Project Controls experience in a construction and engineering environment.
- Hands-on exp with Primavera P3e/c/P.5/P.6
- Hands-on experience setting up basic construction schedules.
- Hands-on experience with resource loading & earned value management systems.
- Must possess technical and practical application of estimating, pricing and costing.
- Experience with Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Software.
