Job description
Responsible for cost centre budget with over SAR 15m annual distributed on membership stock, headcount cost, suppliers fulfillment cost and dispatch cost. The role will have authority on enrolments transactions processing activities and customer setup on operating system for over SAR 1b annually with direct impact on billing activities. Major responsibility on setting controls for the financial and membership transactions upload to the Regulator system.
Qualifications
• Develop technical know how and transactional and commercial knowledge about products, systems and processes
• Develop and deliver on set KPI and quality targets
• Select and build the team for every membership function / unit and build processes inline with different customer segments needs.
• Develop resourcing and recruitment plan for membership department based on a scientific module
