Job Description:
Action all incoming faxes, emails and correspondence pertaining to member enquiries (using the appropriate templates and ensure quality control of all out going documentation to members) • Assign email workload to Front Office CSR’s (for further handling within general CSR team); monitoring and tracking to ensure adherence to both required procedures and turn times. • Liaise with Guest Affairs and other client internal departments to ensure proper processing and handling of member queries, complaints and requests • Monitor and track member correspondence to ensure service level agreements are met • Create weekly and monthly internal and client reporting.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
Nationality: Any Arabic National
