Application for the post of Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Help to resolve minor technical and technology problems.
• Initiate, receive and follow-up on calls from internal and external clients and taking messages.
• Manage intricate diary arrangements, utilizing negotiation skills to confirm meetings into diary.
• Co-ordinate hotel accommodation, transportation, hospitality, documentation and presentations.
Skill:
• Bilingual Female .
• A secretarial qualification would be desirable.
• At least 8 years experience in a similar role in the GCC, but not necessarily; in property.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
