Job Description
Our client is an integrated, state- of- the- art environment that supports and inspires media content creators to flourish in the Middle East and North Africa. The Sales Director will be based in the premier vocational training academy which provides high level courses, across a range of both technical and managerial disciplines, in conjunction with the world’s leading media organizations to help both established media professionals expand their career prospects and new entrants mould their skills.
To be a successful candidate the following criteria should be met:
University degree qualifications in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 10 years experience in sales roles preferably in the MENA region, 3 of which at director level.
Ability to analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Proven experience in establishing performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitoring performance on a continual basis.
Must be a motivated, driven and ambitious team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent English and Arabic language communication (written and oral) skills.
