Applications are invited for the post of Credit Analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure annual and interim risk reviews are carried out on the portfolio accounts to minimize the risk on NPA (Non Performing Asset) on the relationship.
Integrate portfolio reporting into SME Business Banking Division to attain synergy and streamlining reporting and monitoring functions.
Implement and manage Client Profitability system.
Implement and manage sectoral limits and monitoring process.
Perform critical review of Low Performing accounts.
Perform periodic updates on the delinquency clients and take corrective measures such as downgrading/classifying the accounts.
Ensure continuous quality enhancement of the analysis of the call memo/visit reports, presented by the Relationship Managers.
Implement relationship profitability tools to assess the profitability contribution by Relationship
Skills
Knowledge of banking and investment principles, systems, procedures and standards.
Knowledge of banking process and associated emirate, federal and other regulations.
Knowledge of applicable Central Bank rules and regulations.
Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.
Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare reports.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills,

Experience:
Minimum 3 years Banking experience. Minimum 1 years in all round SME Banking Credit Assessment
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance. Preferred: Master's Degree with a concentration
