TICKETING STAFF
SBOM prime responsibility lies in their capacity to respond to clients needs quickly and efficiently especially during the handover and takeover period of new projects. Their resources include regional offices, trained manpower, highly sophisticated equipments, tools, mobile workshops, power machineries, consumables, materials and spare parts to carry out sizable mobilization plans.
Qualifications
• BA Degree in Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in ticketing.
• Full knowledge of E-Ticketing processes and able to work on Galileo and Amadeus systems.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good command in English & Arabic language and can communicate well with various Airlines & Travel Agents.
