Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for managing and monitoring the reception area at all times, answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and a courteous manner and meet and greet all visitors and members to Alba club. The job holder will direct visitors and club members to various facilities and offices and perform some other clerical and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of National /Associate diploma in office management or equivalent with 2 years of experience. Excellent command in English and Arabic (,both oral and written) and good computer literacy is a must. The job will be subject to morning and afternoon shifts.
