Desktop Support Engineers
· Configuring and Troubleshooting the Network, Computers, Printers and
other devices.
· Installation and setup configuration of Operating systems, Network
Servers, databases and various software & hardware resources, Network Cabling,
termination & Connectivity.
· Managing Internet & Email, Antivirus client Software and their
securities.
· Providing solution on day-to-day system related problems reported by
users.
· Complete end user support.
Candidates who have MCP, diploma or A+ certification and can handle whole
desktop support individually need to apply.
