Requirements:
> Banking work experience of minimum 15 years in Operational Control & Quality Asssurance, Business & User Support or Operational Metrics in the GCC.
> Applicants should be a graduate with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subject.
> Need good knowledge of QA tools, techniques and related procedures, including best-practices.
> Need good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
> Develop the Business Requirement Specification documentation for submission to Group IT.
> Overall management of the process of collating operational metrics data and report preparations and coordinate with Senior Management to develop required operational metrics and reporting requirements.
> Ensuring the timely and accurate development of policies and procedures and their subsequent amendment across the group’s entities.
> Overlook the Business & User Support Department encompassing analysis of new workflow/processes from an operational perspective.
> Oversee operations control encompassing central reconciliations and quality assurance functions/activities across the departments/units within the bank.
