SENIOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
A leading Industrial company is looking for SENIOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST.Aligning employees performance with departmental and corporate objectives is critical to our success
Role
The position works with managers and supervisors on employee performance and productivity appraisals, develops, implements and reviews performance management programs including KPIs, performance recognition and awards; oversees the ongoing performance management administration; studies and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of performance and reward programs, develops and issues official guidelines and conducts training for carrying out an effective performance appraisal program.
Application should have
A Bachelor Degree in a related Business or Human Science discipline, 10 Years HR experience and at least 5 years in managing performance management programs;
Good communication skills, including speaking, reading and writing of English, able to do research, prepare plans and make presentations.
