Requirements:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, or closely related field.
> Work experience of minimum seven years in a management position in HR department.
> Need advanced HR skills; HR professional certification is an advantage.
> Fluency in English is necessary.
> Preference will be given to those who speak Arabic also.
> Strong leadership, organizational, scheduling, and resource planning skills are needed.
Responsibilities:
> Plan and execute human resources management strategies to support the overall business plan.
> Manage and perform the selection, appointment, and retention of the Company's personnel.
> Strategic directions in workforce planning, recruitment and selection, change management, performance management, competency management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation management.
> Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR and administration matters.
> Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives.
