Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the allocation, attendance and quality of 24x7x365 monitoring(8 hours day time work and 16 hours on-call). 2. Responsible for analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation path. 3. Responsible for pending faults and tracking report to Customer and Huawei. 4. Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly service interruption, trouble shooting records and faults reports to Customer and Huawei.
Requirements
Back Office Engineer - at least 3 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance Familiar with office standard packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Ability to handle in-depth technical issues Familiar with MA5600, UA5000, MA5100/MA5103. Familiar with Internet protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, Routing protocols, 802.1Q etc.) Familiar with Data network; VoIP H.248, MGCP; TDM V5; Frame relay and ATM. Designing, managing and troubleshooting fault in MSAN, DSLAM & RAN ADSLsystems.
