Responsibilities
1) Front Office Engineer(TX) Department: Managed Service Department / Reporting to: FO Manager 1. Network Monitoring. In charge of the whole network monitoring. analysis alarm/event/performance form NMS.Identify the location information ( ODF or DDF ) Severity of alarm/event/performance by NOC monitor distinguish.initiate recovery actions and notification procedures if required. 2. Event/Alarm/Performance Management including Trouble Ticket management. Notify service-affecting network event/alarm/performance with mutually agreed procedures. According to result feedback and close the trouble tickets associated with such events.
