Job description
Supervise sales executives and make sure that they are producing new business within the planned targets
Provide technical assistant to all sales staff and clients, including clients visits, obtaining UW information, risk management and surveys
Create and maintain good relationships with insurance carriers
Provide technical training and assistance to office staff
Prepare reports on existing polices, negotiate and discuss renewals with clients
Create system to ensure that renewal notices are sent at least one month in advance
Follow up on renewals with clients and insurance companies
Follow up on claims with clients and insurance companies
Supervise staff when requesting quotations
Achieve the branch budget, growth and new business targets
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business or any related filed.
Computer literate
Fluency in Arabic and/or English
Good communication skills
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Obtaining professional qualifications or genuine desire to do so.
