Responsibilities
ensure fulfillment of all its contractual obligations to the customer in a professional, cost effective and timely manner
ensure achievement and improves on the planned financial return from the project; within this objective you should give the customer value for money
establish and maintain good working relationships with the customer, suppliers and other stakeholders
identify potential incremental business with the customer and take action to both pass the information on to the account sponsor and the Account Manager and assist in closing the business
establish and ensure the company meets the customer's expectations and agreed acceptance criteria, and thereby to secure the customer’s satisfaction with our work and enhance company reputation
Requirements
Must have completed more than large SI projects (with high degree of complexity) in his career.
Managed projects with moderate or limited oversight by his manager.
The Delivery Manager will require limited Supervision; he would take the initiative, follow the work plan, check progress against objectives, and report/escalate any deviation. .
Excellent communication skills; report writing and group facilitation;
