Job Description:
A leading software industry is looking for a
Senior Technical Support Consultant to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer training.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Document issues in a CRM system.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
• Create and maintain online technical articles (Tips, FAQs, etc.)
for publication on company’s software website.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in Microsoft platform and software development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.
• Five years of experience in similar role and as a Process Control Engineer in the GCC.
