Senior Manager of Investment Banking and Portfolio Management, Bahrain
Our client, a global commercial bank is looking for a Senior Manager of Investment Banking and Portfolio Management to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be reporting to the AGM of Treasury & Investments.
Responsibilities:
• Attract, promote and complete transactions in regional market M&As, Bond Offerings and IPOs in order to achieve business targets.
• Conduct global analysis of investment products and services in order to upgrade or develop new investment products and services.
• Establish and develop internal/external relationships in order to achieve business targets and delivery of high quality and professional services.
• Develop and implement units policies and procedures to ensure compliance of the internal/external audit and regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of the market and competitors initiatives and continuously evaluate the performance of fund managers relative to benchmarks.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Finance/ Business Administration; ideally ACCA/CA/CFA or equivalent.
• At least 7 years in marketing communication with at least 3 years in investment portfolio management in a bank in the GCC.
