Our client, an engineering consultancy firm is looking for a Finance Project Controller to join its dynamic team in UAE.
 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project reviews, participate in risk mitigation actions and estimates. 
• Follow up on claims and back-charges as well as coordinate and initiate project audits. 
• Optimize project cash flows and manage the currency risk, tax issues and project financing requirements. 
• Promote commercial awareness in the project team and offer commercial input to the project execution plan. 
• Ensure the credit worthiness of all parties such as customers, consortium partners, suppliers and sub-contractors. 
 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance or economics, or equivalent, ideally professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial project controlling position. 
• Experience of working in a large multi national organization is a must.
• Sound knowledge of SAP and Excel.
