Job description
Supervising and ensuring the all relevant information is available to the construction team for the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction by planning and managing the on-site construction activities and ensuring its execution in adherence to the plans at the required quality, standards and specifications and within the defined timeframe, in addition to overseeing the arrival and utilization of materials and equipments. Executing the allocated section endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals. Managing the execution of construction plans using the specified resources and equipment, planning and following up day-to-day activities and programs.
Qualifications
B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering Experience in the Construction Industries Five years of experience in construction, at least three of which in working on-site Experience in a contracting company. Professional knowledge of best construction practices, material specification and methods. Ability to prioritize the load and shift attention among changing tasks and priorities, Knowledge in codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to design and construction. Professional knowledge in materials and equipment used in construction, Professional knowledge in safety and environment standards and regulations, Professional knowledge in municipality rules and legislations pertaining to construction.
