* Graduate of mechanical or electrical engineering with a least 5 years experience as MEP QS.

* Must have worked in a Cost Management company or on a General Contractor side.

* Knowledge in international standards of measurement.
Knowledge in preparing tenders & sub-contracting contract documents. Mechanical & electrical cost management.
