Leasing Manager (Job Ref # 18901)
Our Client, an international investment property development company is currently looking for Leasing Manager. The right candidates should have a degree in Business / Marketing or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years proven track record in a similar position with a demonstrated knowledge of the regional real estate market and its practices would be an advantage. High personal drive and ability to successfully and skillfully motivate and persuade at all levels and across functions for results whilst possessing a strong analytical sense, ability to understand changing market needs and a pro-active approach to keep up with the market trends.
