A National fast growing Automotive company is looking for a professional Service Manager to run its Service business, based on the following:
SERVICE MANAGER
Main duties & responsibilities:
Enforce budgetary control and ensure that targets are met by all service centers in his area
Suggest & Monitor service marketing activities In his area, such as local campaigns and feat contracts
Propose short and long term recruitment plans for productives and non-productives to NSD
Maximizing efficiency, productivity, utilization and tools availability
Minimizing idle time
Monitoring the warranty operations and product related issues
Monitoring PDI procedures in his area
Ensure that PDI targets are met
Education & experience:
• B.Sc. degree holder Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• 7-10 years experience In a reputable automotive company in the same capacity
Skills and abilities
• Fluent in English
• Training and presentations
• Computer literate
• Ability TO analyze results and to prepare reports
• Setting and achieving objective
• Knowledge to apprise and utilize staff
• Strong leadership personality
