Administrator — Employee Relations:
Job Summary:
Administers the processing of all employee related computer system requests and inquiries in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
01- Maintains and coordinates employees’ records in providing a detailed processing of various tasks.
02- Coordinates the information received from site offices as requisite in preparing data in the employees’ records.
03- Reviews important notices issued by the company.
04- Applies the company policies and procedures, local statutes and Labor law in adherence to company culture and its practices.
05- Verifies, evaluates and coordinates all inquiries and complaints of employees.
06- Creates handwritten drafts and I or computer assisted format in preparing a variety of reports needed by the section head.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (8k) from four-year college or university. Experience: Minimum one to three years of experience.
