To direct, oversee and manage the marketing team in the Mall To conceptualize, activate and execute the Promotion and Events in the Mall. To direct the mall's continuous publicity through advertising, promotions, website, visual merchandising, magazine, newsletter in order to enhance the branding and positioning aspects of the Mall. To construe and conduct niche marketing, customer loyalty program, survey, research & development. To be a part of the management team in enhancing marketing strategies & development of the Mall. Qualification criteria to apply: Bachelors in Marketing/ International Business , preferably MBA Minimum experience - 4 to 5 years on managerial position in the shopping mall Excellent communications and presentation skills- both verbal & written. Proficient in computer Knowledge Strong Personality, well organised, self motivated. Possess strong negotiation & Public relations skills Team leader with strong leadership skills.
