Requirements
- Manage the recruiting request within the manpower planning of the organization.
- Manage and track the recruiting cycle time.
- Coordinate interview schedules and processes new joiners’ logistics.
- Manage the on-boarding and mentoring program for new joiners.
- Develop and implement the yearly training plan.
- Develop and deploy HR systems.
- Lead the social committee.
- Manage the processing of employees’ requests.
- Manage the issuance of HR Reports.
- Develop and deploy on yearly basis job descriptions and KPIs for all employees.
- Manage the probation period system and assessment.
- Manage the issuance of HR reports and the correct tracking of KPIs.
- Manage all employee logistics such as payroll, administration, enrollment, accommodation, transportations and leaves for all employees.
Requirements
- Can organize HR activities
- Ability in using Company software such as MS office, internet, intranet and electronic mail.
- Ability in partnering with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Can represent the company in any recruiting event or with applicants
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Effective communication in Arabic and English languages
