Job description
1. Effectively implement HR initiatives for the group in the areas covering employment, compensation & benefits and administrative services. 2. Formulate and recommend HR policies for the entire group to promote high level of employee morale. 3. Recruitment & Placement of staff as per approved requirement. 4. Establish wage & salary structure, pay policies, Performance Management System, Employee Benefit Programmes and Services. 5. Maintain employee records & update personnel files, leave records, salary reviews, appraisals, disciplinary and personnel action.
Qualifications
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
A go-getter with strong values & ethics, result-oriented with excellent communication skills. Most importantly, the candidate must be a long-term player. Experience in GCC countries will be an added advantage.
