Store Keeper + Administrative Assistant

Description: Aviation Company required a Store Keeper + Administrative Assistant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Skills:
Must be Computer literate with MS Office applications
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Transferable Residency
- Valid Saudi Driving License
familiar in Arabic Language is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Proper handling and and manage store of Aircraft Spare Parts in systematic & Professional way in order to identify and prevent from damages, loses and misuse
All materials must be verified with physical stocks vs document and Sufficient documents must be available to justify transition
Proper safe guarding practices must be apply to prevent damages of materials & equipment
Data Entering, keep track of incoming & outgoing Parts in professional manner.
Issues a report if there is any material or tool received not conforms to the specified quantity and quality.
Send/receive of the outgoing/incoming faxes, mail, prepare report, and assist his superiors.
Maintain a systematic filing and safe keeping of important documents i.e. all incoming & outgoing Parts, correspondence, reports, faxes within the department, and maintain databases.
