Job description
-To secure proper management claim filing and archiving (6 months)
-To fully report the activity internally and issue related technical expertise report (1 year)
-To issue technical expertise report/answers to customers (1 year)
-To be able to propose technical solutions to solve claims (2 year)
-To understand and report competition specifics met at customers site (3 years)
-To understand and report customer specifics met at customers site (rolling, roll maintenance, human)(1 year)
-To assess the technical development projects in the frame of R&D partnerships&extract actual benefits
-To communicate in proper English(spoken, written) & fluent in Arab (spoken, written).
-To use properly computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

- Branch: Mechanical or Steel/ Non-Ferrous industry
- Department: Technical Service, Technical Customer Support, Technical After Sales department, Rolling department, Process department, Quality Control department, Laboratory department, R&D department
