for a project in Qtel running a 5-man ‘outsource’ type role to deliver order fulfillment performance improvements in a matrix management style role across their whole back office operation. [Preferably Arabic speaker but could be English only] - This is critical role and needs a real strong go-getter that will drive through change and improvements.
