Job Description
To provide guidance to all Wafi Industrial employees in a variety of personnel activities, to include but not limited to recruitment, placement and termination of employees, interpretation of policy & procedures; maintaining the integrity of employee data and the automated HR processes; providing general guidance and support to all Wafi Industrial Managers in areas concerned with HR. To work closely with MKM HR Department to ensure all HR policies & procedures; HR practices implemented within Wafi Industrial are within Company standard.
Main Duties of Position:
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of all HR related activities within Wafi Industrial.
- Provide support and guidance to Wafi Industrial Managers in connection to Personnel and staff development issues.
- Be key conduit for HRMS Oracle implementation within Wafi Industrial.
- Help develop and maintain training plans and records in conjunction with the departments concerned.
- Responsible for the recruitment and placement of new employees
- Maintain and administer all records concerning employee benefits ie holidays, sickness etc in line with Company standard
- Ensuring all new policies and procedures that originate from head office are communicated to the relevant managers concerned.
- Ensuring all documentation required for employees under the labour law is maintained.
- Actively participate in all Group HR related meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all HR administrative functions are dealt with in accordance to Company standard.
2. Assistance with recruitment and selection of personnel as and when necessary.
3. Ensures Wafi Industrial maintains accurate files and records in accordance with Company rules and regulations and the Labour law.
4. Review, and implement any new company Policy and Procedures concerning personnel issues.
5. Assist with the implementation of HRMS oracle within Wafi Industrial.
6. Advise and assist Wafi Industrial management in the handling of complaints and/or grievances and determination of appropriate disciplinary actions.
7. Provide support and guidance to managers where necessary on pay issues, performance appraisals, employee training and development etc.
8. Ensure all departments are maintaining the annual appraisal system. Maintain and track all appraisals, review and assimilate information contained within. Where necessary give guidance on how to conduct such appraisals as and when necessary. Liaise with MKM HR on such issues.
9. Support and help implement any training and development programmes. Liaise with MKM HR on who needs to attend outside training courses.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
