A leading Islamic Bank seeks a senior Relationship Manager/Team leader to become its Head of Private Banking in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Identify / source appropriate opportunities and market the bank’s products in order to fill product gaps in the market.
• Repackage existing products / services and design new products / services to achieve greater market penetration.
• Identify and analyze market opportunities / trends in order to recommend suitable strategies to maximize profits.
• Ensure high standard of customer service, asset protection, credit administration, and accounts management tasks.
• Manage, lead, train and motivate subordinates to maintain high standards of professionalism and technical competence.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience in Private Banking in the GCC.
• Must already be located in Kuwait, have a robust client network and able to manage a high-performing team of bankers.
• Advanced degree in Accounting or Commerce from a reputable University, ideally a professional certification such as CA/ACCA/CFA.
