Job description
- Meets assigned sales performance and profitability criteria.
- Sets appropriate individual performance standards.
- Facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results.
- Develops implements and monitors a prospecting plan to increase sales.
- Establishes and monitors work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses.
- Exhibits a high level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business and other internal departments.
- Effectively manages profit and loss responsibility and protects company assets.
- Analyzes various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purposes.
- Performs daily sales paperwork audits for accuracy.
- Manages daily cash handling and accounts payable activity.
- Analyzes transactions to continuously find mistakes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or related.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- Team player and result oriented.
- Ability to coach and train a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language
