A prestigious Middle East based multinational conglomerate is looking for a Company Secretary to join their vivacious team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate has to maintain an electronic corporate database and relevant corporate files for the Company in Kuwait and Worldwide, including Memorandum and Articles of Association and registration certificates. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of all powers of attorney.

• Maintain appropriate share registers for the company.

• Prepare the minutes of all of the companys group entities. 

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and statutory regulations.

• Oversee amendments to ownership, management and signatory status of the Company.

Requirements:

• A BA or higher degree qualifications as a Company Secretary.

• At least 5 years experience of company administration in the GCC, and at least 10 years work experience in an administrative capacity.
