Job Description : Senior HR Business Partner, UAE
Our client is a well known international bank who is currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The role holder as a HR Business Partner will support and manage the relationship with a country head or a number of global senior stakeholders. Based in UAE, preference is given to Emirati candidates, although other competent professionals with experience in the GCC would also be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitates talent management and other global HR processes.
• Play a key role in managing complex organizational change projects with people implications.
• Enhance functional performance through integrated people management strategies and processes.
• Coordinate and influence the development of a performance culture through effective development of people.
• Develop HR practices that act as strategic differentiators as well as coach and guide senior managers on the best people practices.
Requirements:
• Post graduate management/HR qualification or relevant professional certification.
• At least 5 years of similar experience in a bank in the GCC and sound knowledge of banking business/financial services industry.
• In depth knowledge of all subjects in HR with experience of international practices is preferred.
