JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a well-known company in the Engineering industry,based in Bahrain.

Qualification Requirements:

*Applicant must have a University degree in Architecture or an equivalent.

*Minimum 15 years of architectural experience in the GCC.

Responsibilities:

-Update with fee proposals being sent out and agreements reached with clients on all projects that affect the architectural studio.

-Develop documented systems to deal with project work flow in the studios and update all "standard" details to keep up with latest design trends.

-Redistribute resources and personnel within teams in the architecture studio as may be necessary to manage the workload requirements efficiently.

-Follow up with the project leaders for ensuring project progress meetings are being carried out and receive project status updates from them on regular basis.
