Credentials

 Bachelor Degree as a minimum, in Finance and Accounting discipline.

 3+ years experience working in an internal auditing department specifically using data analysis skills and auditing procedures;

 Demonstrated experience in monitoring, risk assessment and report writing;

 Experience of data management, strategic analysis and audit planning.

To successfully monitor, review and report on internal processes and operations of the Education Council and ensure they are in line with rules and regulations upheld by government bodies in the Emirate.

Description

 Provide an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which financial, physical and information resources are managed in the Education Council and its Divisions;

 Plan and organise the delivery of the internal audit function, including preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs;

 To work with management to ensure a working system is in place which ensures that all major risks of Education Council activities are identified and analysed annually;
