The Senior Operations Manager (SOM) is responsible for overseeing all operational support functions within ROTA, including
finance, administration, human resources, fundraising, marketing, communications, and events. The SOM assists the ROTA team
to develop systems and procedures appropriate to support all of ROTAs work and staff.
