HR MANAGER
Our client based in Dubai is looking Arabic & English speaking candidate to work as HR Manager for their office in Dubai. The candidate should have Degree or Diploma in the Field of Human Resources. Candidate should have excellent communication skills & ability to lead, guide and motivate a successful team. With 3-5 years of working experience as HR Officer or HR Manager. The role would be require administering various HR plans of offices as such Recruitment, Training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation etc. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all activities of the departments, training and development, Candidate will report directly to the CEO.
