A leading global consultancy company urgently requires a Transaction Real Estate Manager to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess MBA or industry specific degree & qualification (hospitality, real estate or finance).
> Should possess a good network of clients in the GCC.
> Need Big 4 / Industry experience.
> Should possess good business development/ relationship management and communication skills.
> Need thorough knowledge of transaction support services (due diligence & feasibility studies), asset management, M&A and transaction advisory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Prepare and assume responsibility for proposals as well as fee and expense budgets.
> Develop long-term successful relationships within client organizations.
> Improve methods and procedures and implement them effectively within the team.
> Strategic real estate advisory services, transaction support, asset management, project management, mergers & acquisition (M&A).
> Perform quality reviews, prepare reports, presentations and summaries of memos.
> Perform detailed reviews of the working papers prepared by consultants and other senior consultants.
> Assume control and design activities for the clients and conduct final meetings with the clients in cooperation with the partners.
