Senior Analyst of Corporate Finance



 a Middle East based Investment Holding Company is actively seeking a Senior Analyst of Corporate Finance in Investment Banking to join their team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

• Secure new deals and assess their feasibility.

• Research market developments to validate internal transactions.

• Manage transactions, assess the target organization and the impact of deals.

• Liaise with lenders such as financial institutions to restructure and refinance debt.

• Advise on amount of capital to rise by addressing the inquiries raised by existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, ideally professional qualifications such as CA/CFA/ACCA.

• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance in an investment bank in the GCC.
