Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Preparing Income Statements, Financial Statements, Cash Flows & do capability of doing sensitivity analysis.
* Prepares payment vouchers, cheques, and application for telex transfer and demand draft.
* Reconciles Accounts Payable un-audit for local purchases.
*Arranges for audits of company's accounts.
* Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets.
* Using finance software in the computer.
* Prepares Journal Vouchers.
* Financial Statement and Management Account.
* Prepares reports required by management .
* Prepare monthly financial reports and related analysis (Profit and Loss)
* Release the payment to suppliers in according with priority and fund available.
* Auditing all the expenses to make sure that it is legal, reasonable and in conformity with company policy.
* Auditing local purchase material and make sure that it has been received.
* Prepare monthly payroll, vacation payments and other similar pay-off when so happens.
* Review all travel expenses for all employees as well as managers.
* Prepare any required details or financial analysis so required.
* Prepare for yearly provisional ZAKAT declaration. Interfacing with the internal auditing and queries from top management.
* Report results and unusual situations to CEO.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent; or three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
