QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
The person is responsible for developing a definition and implementation of the Q&A policies and procedures. The QA is responsible for the implementation of all the ISO international standards (ISO 9001:ISO 14001) and integration of the procedures and policies. He ensures the Quality plan is effectively resourced and manages relationships with internal resources and vendors.
The QA is also responsible for creating and managing the quality development life cycle (QDLC).
Responsibilities:
· Defines, manage and leads the Q&A policies and procedures to ensure successful implementation of the ATVAM Program.
· Design and implementation of QA strategy for a highly integrated environment.
· Defines, and implement documentation control quality assurance procedures to ensure all documentations in use or in submission conforms to company standards and customized ATVAM requirements.
· Performance analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
· Monitoring/surveillance/inspection support to assure quality and reliability of materials services and maintenance.
· Defining QA metrics and internal reviews.
· Recording and managing Q&A issues.
· Setting schedules for internal audits.
· Works with client staff in the design and development of the various QA tracking and reporting mechanisms
· Providing status reports to Implementation Manager on performance and statistics.
· Establishing and maintaining a library of documentation, and protocol.
· Defines and implements strategy for continuous improvement
· Participates in walkthroughs of requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience. Preferred certification in Quality/Control disciplines or disciplines
· Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is a plus
- 3+ years in QA desirable
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time to field locations in Saudi Arabia and to subcontractor’s factories across Europe.
