Job Description:
> Applicants should be a Western educated qualified Architect.
> Work experience of minimum 8 years in relevant project management is required.
> Should possess excellent skills in MS-Office or related software.
> Able to take the responsibility of planning, design, project management, and post-occupancy evaluation of all construction and renovation.
> Should possess relevant experience in designing sustainable environments.
> Experience should include budget preparation and management, construction management and tender preparation.
> Work cover everything from way finding, parking design, sports fields, parks, community centers, academic buildings, to the master planning of existing and new facilities.�
> Preference to applicants who are LEED Certified or equivalent.
